For our bilingual Secondary School, we are looking for a qualified, English-speaking teacher of Mathematics, starting 17 August 2026. An earlier start would also be possible to cover a colleagues’ planned absence. Knowledge of the IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme curricula would be a distinct advantage. You have
- a teaching qualification for Mathematics at Secondary School level
- substantial teaching experience in Grades 5 to 12
- experience with linguistically heterogeneous learning groups
- English language skills at native-speaker level
- knowledge of German at level B2 or a willingness to improve towards this level
- strong IT skills for effective use of our modern learning environment
- personal qualities that motivate and inspire the students
- open-mindedness, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team
Your area of responsibility
- teaching Mathematics in the Secondary School (Grades 5-12)
- focusing on student learning and development, extending and supporting as required in order to help students to reach their potential
- cooperating with teaching staff across the Secondary School and participating actively in conferences
- communicating with parents and guardians
